Terms of Service
The agreement between us.
We've kept these terms short and readable. By signing up for BigLove, you agree to them — and we agree to deliver the service we describe.

1About BigLove
BigLove (the "Service") is a SaaS that lets you create branded short links for sharing your reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and other platforms. The Service is operated as a sole proprietorship (autónomo) registered in Spain (the "Provider", "we", "us"). Our public contact details are in our Privacy Policy; for the legal identification of the operator, please email our contact form with a specific legal motivation.
By creating an account or using biglove.to, you (the "Customer", "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
2The Service
BigLove lets you:
- Reserve a short slug under our
biglove.todomain (e.g.biglove.to/yourcafe) that redirects to your review page on a supported platform. - Manage one or more links per platform from a single dashboard.
- On paid plans, view click analytics for your links.
- Cancel, change plan, or download invoices from a self-service Stripe customer portal.
Currently supported platforms: Google Reviews and Trustpilot. Additional platforms (TripAdvisor, Trusted Shops, Facebook) may be enabled in future updates without changing these Terms.
3Eligibility and accounts
You can use BigLove if you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to create links on behalf of the business you represent.
We use email-based magic-link login. You're responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, email us at our contact form immediately.
4Acceptable use
You may not use BigLove to:
- Create short links pointing to anything other than legitimate review pages on the supported platforms.
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) at scale, including review-soliciting messages that violate the rules of the destination platform (e.g. Google's review policies, Trustpilot's guidelines).
- Engage in review gating, fake reviews, incentivized reviews, or other manipulative practices that violate the destination platform's policies.
- Distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits or paywalls, or scrape data not intended for public access.
- Impersonate another business or person.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with prior notice where reasonable and immediately when we believe the violation poses a risk to other users or the Service.
5Plans and pricing
Current plans:
- Free — 1 link per platform, 3 free clicks per link. Once a link receives its 4th click, the link redirects visitors to an upgrade page until you choose a paid plan.
- Basic — $37/year (USD) or $4/month — your link stays active without click limits, login at
/my-links, up to 5 links per platform. Annual saves 23% vs paying monthly for 12 months. - Pro — $65/year (USD) or $7/month — everything in Basic plus a real-time analytics dashboard (clicks, country, city, browser, OS, referrer, time of day) and up to 20 links per platform. Annual saves 23% vs paying monthly for 12 months.
Prices are shown in USD on the checkout page; your bank or card network may convert to your local currency. Annual is the default option; monthly billing is selectable at checkout. Recurring billing is handled by Stripe and starts on the day you complete checkout.
We may change plan pricing in the future. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase, and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
6Free tier and click limits
The free tier exists so you can try BigLove with a real link before paying. After your link's third click, the slug stops redirecting to your review page and instead shows the upgrade page. The slug is reserved while you decide; nobody else can take it.
If you upgrade later, the same slug resumes redirecting normally, and any clicks from that point on count toward your paid-plan analytics.
7Grandfathered users
Customers who created links before our pricing model launched (the "Grandfathered" tier) keep their existing links active for free, indefinitely, with one link per platform. If a Grandfathered user upgrades to a paid plan and later cancels, the account reverts to Grandfathered status — not to Free or Canceled. The Grandfathered status is permanent and cannot be transferred to another account.
8Slug rules and link permanence
Each biglove.to/<slug> is a public URL that you may share, print on cards, or embed in email signatures. We treat slugs as a printed-card invariant: once a slug is created and verified, it remains active for as long as your subscription is paid up.
- Cancel a subscription: the slug stops redirecting to your review page and shows the upgrade page instead. The slug remains reserved for you. Re-subscribing reactivates the link immediately.
- Hard delete a slug: from
/my-links, you can permanently delete a slug. This frees the slug for anyone else to register. We show a warning before this action; once executed, it cannot be undone. - Slugs are case-insensitive and immutable. To change a slug, create a new one — the old one will continue to work as long as your subscription is paid up.
9Cancellation, refunds, and the right of withdrawal
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal accessible via /api/billing/portal when signed in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then.
We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellation, beyond what consumer protection law requires.
EU consumers — right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, EU Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed into Spanish law as Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) gives you 14 days from the start of the subscription to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email our contact form within 14 days. We'll refund any amount paid within 14 days of receiving your notice.
Note: by starting to use BigLove (creating a link, completing magic-link verification, etc.) within the 14-day period, you expressly request that we begin performance of the service before the withdrawal period ends. If you then withdraw, we may charge a proportional amount for the service already provided, in accordance with Article 102 of the Spanish consumer protection law.
10Service availability and changes
We aim for high availability but don't promise an uptime SLA on any tier. We rely on Cloudflare for hosting and Stripe for billing; outages on those providers will affect BigLove. Where outages are within our control, we work to minimize downtime.
We may add features, change UX, or deprecate features. Material changes that reduce functionality you currently rely on will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
11Disclaimers and liability
BigLove is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, that any specific click-through rate or review count will result, or that destination review platforms (Google, Trustpilot, etc.) will accept reviews driven by your BigLove links.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of BigLove is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. for fraud or gross negligence).
12Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may close your account if you materially breach these Terms (e.g. acceptable-use violations) or if continuing the relationship would expose us to legal or operational risk. We'll notify you by email when reasonably possible.
On account closure: your business and link records are deleted within 30 days, except for invoices and tax records that we are legally required to retain. Your slugs become available for others to register.
13Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Sevilla, Spain. EU consumers retain the protections of the consumer-protection law of their country of residence; nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
You can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes (new fees, new restrictions on use, etc.) we'll update the "Last updated" date and email account holders. Continuing to use BigLove after a material change means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel and we'll refund any unused portion of a paid subscription according to the applicable law.
