How fast we reply

Billing or login issues: within one working day (usually faster). Mention your slug if you have one.
Press, partnerships: 2-3 working days. Note that we are intentionally narrow as a product and most partnership asks won’t be a fit — but we read each one.
Feature requests, feedback: we read everything; replies may take a week. We’re a tiny team.
